As part of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University's improvement activities, the Scientific Publications and Journals Coordination held an editors meeting on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 14:00 in our University's Senate Hall.

During the meeting, chaired by our esteemed Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Dinçay KÖKSAL, Coordinator Dr. Filiz MUTLU introduced the coordination office and evaluated the current status of our university's scientific journals, sharing the improvement analyses conducted and planned activities.

Following an information session by Engineer Abdurrahman ÇETİN from the IT Department, Software Development, and Application Unit on the website application and usage processes, Layout Officer Arş. Gör. Gökhan KELEŞ presented the prepared layout designs.

Computer Operator Yunus DURAN from the Library and Documentation Department, COMU Institutional Academic Archive System, and Web Services Unit provided important information regarding ISSN acquisition for our university's scientific journals.

To enhance the quality of our university's scientific journals and ensure effectiveness in continuous improvement, the editors' opinions and suggestions were evaluated, and work plans were updated accordingly.
