The Layout and Index Evaluation Meeting, organized by the Scientific Publications and Journals Coordination Unit, was conducted on December 3, 2024. The meeting aimed to enhance the layout designs of the university's scientific journals and create a list of recommended indexes.

Chaired by Coordinator Assis. Prof. Dr. Filiz Mutlu, the meeting was attended by:

The participants collaborated to develop strategies aimed at improving the academic and visual quality of the university's publications, emphasizing the importance of adherence to global standards and increased index visibility.
